Unbeatable beachfront views in a cozy setting
We thoroughly enjoyed our time in the LunaMielera bungalow, perfect location just steps from the beach. The room had a rustic charm with a comfortable canopy bed, a small fridge, and a lovely view of the ocean. Even though the Wi-Fi was a bit slow, it didn't matter much because we spent most of our time enjoying the serene beach and nearby restaurants. One drawback was the occasional power outages, but they were short-lived and didn't affect our experience too much.

The cozy cabana had a lovely balcony where we enjoyed our morning coffee while soaking in the beautiful view of the beach. The private entrance, and it was so nice to unwind with the sound of the waves. The clean and beautifully decorated room had everything we needed for a perfect getaway.
Wi-Fi was a bit spotty.

The hotel was incredible and clean, had particularly good views of the beach. The setting of property was stunning and marvellous, right in the best area. You can find Hartwood feet from the hotel to a have lunch.

The seaside / jungle location is just unbeatable. It was my first time in a thatched roof hut, so quaint... I just loved it. They made a concerted effort to make you feel comfortable... Decent bed, a mosquito net. It was very clean and contextually well appointed. Just down the road there is a fab restaurant opened for dinner called Hartwood.
I did find it so stuffy at night, even with the 3 fans they provided, on. Not sure if there's anything else that could have been done about this, as it was stupidly humid at the time of my visit, and ac is very unlikely feasible.

The cabanas provide very nice privacy with lovely ocean views, perfect for those seeking a tranquil escape. Unique decor and comfortable furnishings give each room a cozy charm.
Some rooms showed signs of wear, like leaks and holes, which might detract from the overall aesthetic, especially when prices are climbing. The beach could benefit from more frequent seaweed cleanup. It can put a damper on relaxation when the waves bring in debris. While the lack of on-site dining options forces you to venture out for every meal, it also encourages you to explore local eateries that you might otherwise miss.

The location is unbeatable-right on the beach. Clean rooms with beautiful views, and the staff was super friendly. Loved falling asleep to the sound of waves every night. (Best sleep of my life!)

Awesome location, lovely staff, exceptionally good views directly at the beach. Reasonably spacious and perfect rooms, awesome stay for three more nights!

The cabana had a cozy vibe, right at the edge of the beach. Loved the little terrace with a hammock overlooking the water. It reminded me of a postcard moment every morning while sipping coffee. The decor had its rustic charm, although some features like the fridge didn't stay reliable. It struggled to keep things cool, made meal prep a bit tricky. No air-conditioning, especially when it was warm, even with a fan. The mosquitoes were relentless because the netting wasn't properly secured, and I came away with quite a few bites. Staff were quick to help when needed, like when our iPad broke unexpectedly, lending us a laptop to stay connected. While the location allowed easy access to the beach and nearby restaurants, going out for every meal was inconvenient given the lack of on-site dining options. Our stay was lovely for the beach time, but a few practical issues overshadowed some of the charm of this place.

The Hotel was situated on the beach about 7 km from the town centre Tulum. The beach was lovely and quiet, sometimes felt like private( We stayed in May which is out of season). The Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was cleaned everyday. Some good restaurants 5-10 min walk from the Hotel.
no electricity at night time. The toilet, the shower the bedroom it was basicaly one room. The wall separeting one from another was like 1m50cm high.

The only good thing about a hotel is it's location. The cabins and bungalows are right on the beach and it has a private zone on a beach. The other things are just a disaster.
First of all be aware it is just a cabin on a beach, not a hotel at all. There are no reception even. If you come at night you will find nobody except for the security guy with a flashlight. The water is very salty and runs poorly. Don;t even think to use it for brushing your tees, use provided bottles with mineral water. The toilet space is open, doors or locks. The wi fi works only in some areas of the cabin and it takes 2 min to go to any page. Sand is everywhere on the floor, they hardly clean it. Was supposed to stay there 2 nights, but left first thing in the morning.

The location was amazing and the accommodations were a very good price for the proximity to the beach. The accommodations were simple, but all that you need to be happy in such a paradise. Everything was clean and the staff, though we didn't see much of them, were very friendly. If you are expecting luxury, this is not the place for you, but if you want a nice place to lay your head after a day of adventure and want the sound of the ocean to lull you to sleep, this is the ideal spot.

The location on the beach is fantastic! The water is a crystal clear blue and your wake up with the sounds of the waves. Nice beach chairs and umbrellas Clean well appointed rooms Big beach towels are nice Stayed longer than expected because it's so pretty
No restaurant, bar or reception. However the resorts either side have restaurants/bar so its just a matter of a stroll along the beach. Plus side you can save some money by buying snack/drinks from the store. The electricity went out on occasion. I'm told that all resorts on Tulum don't get main power so its a solar and wind generation. The supply isn't as regular as you would hope. The water in the shower is a bit brackish and one night it was only coming out hot. The heat seems to have been fixed.

We had an amazing time staying in our cozy cabana, especially enjoying the sound of the waves and the nice breeze every night. The beautiful beach and lush garden were perfect spots to relax under the sun. The Wi-Fi was a bit spotty, but it didn't take away from our overall experience—just embrace the disconnect! 🌴
